We like to proceed with our projects in the same way that a traditional game is produced, because we think that this gives the client a transparent way to see what is going on, and to approve at each stage of development. We are adaptable however, and will organise our process to suit you.
These are the usual stages:

Consultation and fact-finding
Talking, developing ideas, understanding what the client needs. -
Model and project proposal
An in-world small-scale model to represent the proposal, mock-ups for some objects as required, written proposal, breaking down the project into milestones. -
Milestones
Usually would include terraform, build, texture, script, objects/furnish build, complete project, live.
At each stage of development, the customer will be asked to approve or comment on the build, and a stage payment will be required on approval of the milestone.
